A system, not a gesture

S1 · Monitor

Fixed phone stations capture the same shoreline view again and again, turning visitor photos into a consistent scientific record.

S2 · Understand

Each accepted image is checked for quality and paired with lake level and weather context, so change over time is measured, not guessed.

S3 · Act

Cleanups are planned where the evidence points, and their results are documented with the same honesty as the monitoring itself.
